Besides drawing dumb doodles, my super-nerdy hobby is cosplay. I still dunno why I do it/why I started, but it’s fun.

So here’s some fotoz. Mostly recent costumes, Medic from Team Fortress 2 and Glitch from Dance Central 2.

Props, shirts, anything that wasn’t the coat and jacket were of my “handiwork”.

The Medic coat and Glitch’s tracksuit were made by my friend Tali, so if you need a costume or costume part made, go and commission her!

I played the Guild Wars 2 beta over the weekend, and I am absolutely in love with the Mesmer. I didn’t play one in GW1 (Monk!) but now that there’s no dedicated healer class… Aesthetically and stylistically, the Mesmer suits me perfectly as a spellcaster. <3 them so much. I did a little doodle of my Mesmer in beta. I think he had a bit more baby fat on him though…

Alright. I’ve been toying with the idea of the Indoctrination theory for the ending of Mass Effect 3 that has been floating around the internet. And I have discussed many points with my housemate, who has also studied literature extensively. She knows how invested I am in the story, and has given me a seed of hope that has blossomed into a razor-sharp flower of abject disbelief. She has also been researching this purely to ease my troubled mind, because living with me when I am in the throes of anguish or the grips of rage is pure hell.

And I can safely say that this is either the most dick move that Bioware could have pulled, or pure. Fucking. Genius.

So, yes. I have been won over to the indoctrination theory, and I’ll share with you some of the reasons why.

Riptide Crew as fighting-type trainers

Bo and Em are really older-sibling-like in personality, so I thought it was fitting for them to train Pokemon that hadn’t evolved yet. Helping to raise younguns to reach their full potential. If you read the Pokedex entries for Tyrogue and Makuhita, you’ll see why I gave those two to them. I think it fits them perfectly, personality-wise.
